cievents has conceived, produced and delivered the FCTG Global Gathering every year since 2004. This landmark event sees the top 15% of the company recognised for their achievements during the previous 12 months with varied qualification criteria based on financial KPIs, peer to peer nominations, Net Promoter Score and a small number of spots awarded by suppliers supporting this event. The incentive program played a key role in the FY19 results which included $23.7billion in total transaction value (TTV) and an underlying $343.1million profit before tax (PBT).
 
Year on year we create new ways to excite, engage and incentivise a global workforce of over 22,000 individuals who regard the Global Gathering as the highlight of the annual FCTG event calendar. The 2019 campaign identity was ‘Choose Global’ and involved a Pop Art look and feel that was consistent across all digital communications and content areas at the event.
