Finding a location accessible for New Zealand and Australian qualifiers, along with all the on-ground requirements (accommodation, conferencing, local experiences, transfers, restaurants) was one thing. Creating an exceptional automotive experience, aligned with their brand and fleet was another.
With the event scheduled for mid-winter in New Zealand, the challenges were significant as airport, road closures and weather disruptions are common. OneNineFive needed the ideal location and a world-class Plan A, with a rock-solid Plan B – and to be ready to react to changes as they came.
A site visit was made to Queenstown, New Zealand. This beautiful lakeside town is a true winter paradise, with excellent infrastructure and services for incentive and reward programmes. It was the ideal destination to deliver Mitsubishi Motors a hi-octane winter driving experience in the Southern Alps.
